KiliG (adj.) Tagalog.
The word to describe the inexplicable feeling of joy and happiness.

This is KiliG.

Inspired by The Philippines & Colombia - the roots of our founders, we are not just bringing the food and drinks of our home countries to Deptford, but our family-style culture too. Steeped in history, Deptford is now a vibrant mix of life-long locals and young professionals who you’ll find exploring the markets by day and catching up with friends over good food by night. It is also home for founders Anjelica and Ivan.

After 8 years of working together running a group of London restaurants, they made the decision to branch out on their own.

And where better to welcome people, than home.

About us.

People are the driving force behind KiliG and the spirit within it.

Colombians and Filipinos notoriously have BIG familias spread all around the world and most of the time, we aren't even blood. What makes us kin are our shared loves, interests (and A LOT of food & drink!)

Whether you’re a hungry guest or welcoming one, you are part of the fam and we want everyone to experience the sensation of ‘KiliG’.

Leading lady, Anjelica.

As our OG South-East Londoner and long-time Deptford resident, there was only one place she wanted her first restaurant venture to be.

Multi-hyphenated in (and outside) hospitality, Anjelica wanted to bring her 17 years of performing Front (and backstage) of House closer to her roots.

El Patron, Ivan.

After 20 years being a bouijee West London resident, Ivan and his fam planted roots in Deptford which kickstarted the KiliG journey.

Drinks (and drinking) are Ivan’s thing. After 17 years of running bars and restaurants (and drinking in them), it was only a matter of time before he wanted a place of his own.
